I have been using New Star for all my cars for over 20 years. I have recommended them to many friends who now use Mark and Greg and the team and they are also very happy. They are super easy to deal with, very honest and do a great job. They always find the best solution and offer options if repairs are needed. I have never found them to be “drumming” up there own business by recommending repairs that are not needed. Whether i drop the car off, or my wife or the kids do, they are all treated with respect and honesty, cant ask for more than that. Highly recommend them.

I’ve had my car in with Greg at Newstar a couple of times now and couldn’t be happier with the service. Greg diagnosed the issue, explained what’s broken and gave me options on where to go next. Ultimately I decided the fix was going to be too costly and asked to collect the car. He was happy to hand it back and didn’t even bill me for his time. Top bloke and great shop – highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Really honest mechanics. The quoted me for fixing my car, and then when it came time to pay the bill, it was less than the quote, as they didnt have to replace the part, just the hoses to the part. Fantstic polite team of people.

Many thanks to Mark and his team. We gave him a tough, hard to determine, issue with our Peugeot to fix and he kept a positive attitude and never gave up. He eventually sorted it and it’s been running perfectly since. He looked after us with the costs too, considering how much time he put into finding the problem. Normal servicing is very reasonably priced as well compared to dealer servicing. Can’t recommend Newstar Service Centre enough.
